2010

 

Easy Talk decided to introduce ISO 9001 quality management system for translation and interpreting services to meet high standards of performance in management. This improvement resulted in application of consistent business processes at Easy Talk, better language services quality and the increase in the company's market share.

 

2009

To support best practice in translation industry and set up additional quality controls, Easy Talk's business processes were updated to meet European EN 15038:2006 standard. Due to implementation of EN 15038:2006 standard, the quality of our translation and interpreting services improved, which in turn caused an increase in the number of Easy Talk's clients and translators.

 

Easy Talk demonstrated the ability to manage large and complex translation and localization projects effectively. For example, we undertook the localization project of approximately 600,000 words. This required particular attention of Easy Talk team to planning of the project, developing and delivering the solution, selecting team members, and sustaining a high-performing team over the long haul. Completion of such complex projects is a crucial milestone in the company's development.
